During much of her early life, Moore's health was poor and her family experienced financial setbacks. Her father was a successful farmer, stock trader, and slaveholder of Irish descent. It’s a shame we pay what we do for this service and this is what we get, very disappointing.Caroline Amelia Moore was born in Garrard County, Kentucky, to George Moore and Mary Campbell. It’s like becoming a regular they get used to you coming back and they get lazy. Please don’t come here, and if you have to let it be a one time thing. I’m letting them heal now before I get them done again. When she took my acrylics off my nails had stains on them from where they constantly done fill ins. Luckily I have a friend who does nails and does a fantastic job. Both my sisters had been going here at my recommendation and at first had great experiences and then eventually always had their nails messed up. I wanted to start crying I was so aggravated and told myself I would never be back here. She told me I wasn’t being an aggravation but I knew otherwise. I told her I was sorry for being an aggravation. She says, I can’t drill your nails with your arms crossed like that. I told her I was sorry and asked if I did something. At one point she lets go of my hand in an aggravated way, sits back and says, pick your color. This is what I want and you’ve been filling in my acrylics for MONTHS!!! Not wanting to be confrontational I proceeded to try to look for another color while she started drilling on my nails. We would have to start all over! I was astounded. When I showed them the picture, she shook her head and was like no, we can’t do that. I had a picture of a ombre look I wanted to do, that I had gotten off their Facebook page. I had the last straw when I went in not very long ago. It seemed anymore getting service done was an inconvenience for them. I would have to go back and get something fixed, like the polish was sticky or just something because they had been in a rush, and not really that friendly. After a while every time I would go in it seemed like something wouldn’t go smoothly. However I did notice they was starting to look bad underneath, turning a dingy color. Well, I didn’t know that, I’m not a nail technician. Anytime you do acrylics after about every second fill in, they should be soaking them off and doing a new set. She would always proceed to do a fill in. Again, keep in mind I always came back here and asked for the owner, never letting anyone else do my nails. I always get acrylics with a gel overlay. I continued to come back and ask for Michelle the owner. She had to apply tips until my nails grew back. She told me she would fix them at no cost the next morning. I told him that’s not what I wanted and he acted like it was my fault for my telling him what I wanted was called an overlay. I still have pictures of it, it was horrible. Before even asking me he proceeds to cut my nails to the quick. I told him I wanted acrylic with gel on top. The man that works there was the first to do my nails. I write this review so I may help someone else save their money, because nail maintenance is expensive.
